New from Perlick ARCTICOLD PORTABLE DRAFT BEER DISPENSE
This is not your ordinary “kegerator”. The refrigeration compartment is cooled to 32° by super cooled glycol using a chiller similar to a power pak. Up to two brands of draft beer is flash cooled to reduce 38° beer by at least 6°. Back up kegs can be stored outside and connected in series to the two kegs inside. Even if the kegs outside warm up, the operator will still dispense cold beer.

The Power Soak Silverware Pre-Washing System dramatically increases the consistency and quality of an operator’s silverware cleanliness and appearance by properly “pre-washing” the silverware using a “vortex” of high volume, self-heated, agitating water and detergent.
By using a mechanical and self-heating wash action, dried-on and baked-on food soils are pulled away from the silverware in minutes and can then be run through a dish machine a single time with outstanding final results.
